Annie practices medicine with the understanding that human health and planetary health are fundamentally connected. Board-certified in family medicine with advanced training in lifestyle medicine, she brings both clinical expertise and systems thinking to healthcare sustainability challenges. As a Fellow in Climate and Health Policy through the University of Colorado, her dual role is on individual patient care and population health gives her a unique perspective on how environmental factors affect health outcomes—and how healthcare practices can either contribute to or help solve environmental health challenges.
